"I was inspired to start an NGO after a semester studying in India in 2019. I wanted to help people in vulnerable positions in society. I couldn't pin point exactly how I wanted to do so until the COVID-19 pandemic started. I realized just how valuable having access to healthcare is, so I started working towards start creating Ashwasan."
